We collect only what you choose to send us through the estimate request form: your name, your phone number, your email address if you provide one, the service you selected, your preferred reply method, and any job details you write in the message field.

When your request is submitted, our server also briefly sees your IP address. It is used only to rate-limit the form against automated abuse and is not stored with your request or used to identify you.

This website has no user accounts, no login, no shopping cart and no payment processing. We do not collect financial information, government identifiers, or health information. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

This website does not set advertising cookies, and it does not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers. We do not track you across other websites, and there is nothing here to opt out of.

We use your details for exactly one purpose: to respond to your request and to discuss, quote and carry out the work you asked about. That is the whole list.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with third parties for their own marketing. You will not receive marketing messages from us because you asked for an estimate.

Your submission is delivered to us by email. To operate this website we rely on two service providers, and your request necessarily passes through them:

• Vercel — website hosting. Handles the request your browser makes to this site.
• Resend — email delivery. Transmits your request to our inbox and sends your confirmation email.

Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Beyond those providers, we disclose information only if we are legally required to.

Your request lives in our email inbox. We keep it as long as we need it to serve you and to keep ordinary business records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

If you tell us that text message is your preferred reply method, you are asking us to text you about your request. That is the only reason we will text you.

We do not run a marketing text programme, we do not add you to any recurring message list, and we never share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing. Reply STOP at any time and we will stop texting you. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you, by any method, at any time — just say so and we will.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We apply the requests above to everyone who asks, regardless of location.

This site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as financial or identity details through the form — we never ask for it.

If we change this policy we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced separately.
